Moving in
Getting in and out, day or night
Access to the site and your container is through the StorID app, so there is no need to book a time to visit. Come and go 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at no extra cost.
20ft containers are on the ground floor, so you can park right by the doors. 8ft containers are on the first floor, up a flight of stairs along a secure, well lit, covered corridor.

While you store
Flexible from start to finish
- Need more or less room? You can change size at any time if another unit is available.
- Your storage runs on a rolling contract until you cancel.
- The minimum stay is 7 days, and there is no advance notice required when you leave.
- Please leave your container clean and as you found it when you move out.
Before you book
What you need to know
Insurance. Your goods must be insured for their full replacement value while they are in storage. We do not insure them for you.
What you can't store. Flammable or combustible items such as gas, paint, petrol and oil; firearms and explosives; chemicals and other hazardous materials; living creatures; perishable food unless securely packed; and anything illegal.
Storage only. Containers can't be used as an office, a workshop, living space or a business or mailing address.

How much does a storage container cost?
An 8ft container is £21.00 a week including VAT (£17.50 ex. VAT). A 20ft container is £40.80 a week including VAT (£34.00 ex. VAT). There is also an 8ft offer: your first 4 weeks for £1, with a minimum term of 12 weeks. See live prices and availability.
When can I get to my container?
Any time. Access is free and unlimited, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using the StorID app on your phone.
Is there a minimum term?
The minimum stay is just 7 days and there is no advance notice required when you leave. The £1 offer has a minimum term of 12 weeks.
How secure is the site?
The site is covered by motion sensitive 24 hour CCTV. Every container is individually alarmed and fitted with a high security anti-pick, anti-saw CISA lock.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. You can cancel for free any time up to 24 hours before your move in date. There are no cancellation fees and no contract lock-ins.
